Business cancellations and returns(Consumer returns follow different procedures)
No returns will be accepted without prior concent from KVM Swith Direct. Please contact us for a Return Merchanice Autorisation (RMA) number.
In the event of the cancellation of an order KVM Switch Direct reserve the right, without prejudice to any other rights or remedies it may have, to charge up to 100% for stock held by KVM Switch Direct pending shipment, up to 100% for items of which KVM Switch Direct cannot cancel delivery with KVM Switch Direct's supplier and up to 50% for the remaining balance. In particular (but without limitation), in the event of cancellation by the Buyer of part only of the order, KVM Switch Direct shall be entitled to re-calculate the price of the uncancelled part of the order as if it constituted the whole order, and re-invoice the Buyer accordingly.
Good returned as faulty where no fault is found will incur a re-stocking charge of between 20% and 100% depending on the condition of the product and its packaging.
Faulty Goods: If goods are found to be damaged or apear to be faulty upon delivery please contact us immediately.
We will provide you a with a Defect reference and if it becomes necessary to return any items this reference should be clearly marked on the return package.
Returned goods should be sent via a postal or carrier service which obtains a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept liability for the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel at KVM Switch Direct's Warehouse at the address below.
