Cancellations and Returns
Consumer cancellations and refunds (Business returns follow different procedures)
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason or wish
to return goods that are not faulty or damaged but simply don't meet your requirements then please do so within 7 days
of receipt. The goods and any packaging must be in undamaged and re-saleable
condition in which case a full refund of the original
purchase price of the item will be made provided that the goods were not
made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised
Before returning anything to KVM Switch Direct you
need to be allocated an RMA Number. This number will identify uour goods
upon arrival at our warehouse and ensure efficient processing.
Goods are to be returned at the consumers cost, marked
with an RMA number and are to be sent via a postal or carrier service
which obtains a signature upon delivery. We cannot accept liability for
the goods unless they are signed for by authorised personnel at KVM Switch
Direct's Warehouse at the address below.The address for all returns is
