The VB552 VGA Over Cat 5 Repeater +Audio is an audio/video signal extension device which is compatible with ATEN Cat 5 Audio/Video splitters. The VB552 extends the audio/video transmission range an extra 150m over Cat 5e (or higher) cables. The use of an additional repeater means the audio/video signals can be transmitted over even longer distances, up to 450m.
Furthermore, for longer distance installations where video signals may degrade, the VB552 has adjustable video gain and compensation controls to provide the sharpest video quality possible. An IR remote control also provides picture control at the remote site.
Rack-mountable, with two RS-232 channels on the unit for selection, and support for high video resolutions, the VB552 is the perfect solution to extend the range of your A/V and serial transmissions in any installation environment requiring VESA FDMI mount standards.
The CatX AVP Tx2 transmitter broadcasts VGA and audio signals to two separate receivers at distances of up to 300m each (600m span), using cat5 UTP cable.
This VGA cat5 extender can take its power directly from the VGA source, making installation very simple and straightforward. The maximum high resolution of 2048 x 1536 makes the CatX AVP Tx2 the best quality unit in this category. With VP mode selected, the UTP outputs can power two CatX Mini VP Receivers. The CatX AVP Tx2 transmitter has a local VGA output and two audio outputs. The local VGA output can directly power up a CatX Mini VP Transmitter.
This VGA cat5 extender can also cascade to increase the number of outputs available, providing maximum configuration flexibility.
Note: The maximum resolution / distance values depend on the receiver type. Please refer to the spec.of the intended receiver.
The CatX AVP Tx4 transmitter broadcasts a sharp high quality videos at distances of up to 300m (600m span), using low cost cat5 UTP cable.
These VGA cat5 extenders are very low power and of highest build quality. The maximum high resolution of 2048 x 1536 makes the CatX AVP Tx4 one of the best quality units in this category.
CatX AVP Tx4 transmitters have two modes of operation: VP mode (Video+Power) and AV mode (Audio+Video). In VP mode, the transmitters can directly power CatX Mini VP receiver units on the selected outputs, up to 150m. This further reduces cost and simplifies installation at the receiver end. Both these transmitters provide a sharp high quality video at up to 300m, using low cost cat5 cabling and consume less than 0.25W per output.
These VGA cat5 extenders can also cascade to increase the number of outputs available, providing maximum configuration flexibility. The units also provide local VGA and audio outputs.
The CatX AVP Tx8 transmitter broadcasts a sharp high quality videos at distances of up to 300m (600m span), using low cost cat5 UTP cable.
The CatX AVP Matrix 2×8 transmitter routes two VGA video sources over cat5 or cat6 cable, in any combination, to a maximum of eight displays, depending on the display resolution. Designed for ease of installation, this unit will broadcast VGA video and audio over cat6 UTP cable at 720p/1080i. This product connects direct to the two VGA sources, there is no local VGA output on this device. A built-in web interface facilitates the routing of the input and output settings and aslo provides diagnostic information. The Ethernet interface only allows access from authenticed users (one administrator and many operators) and is securely protected against malicious attacks. These units use a state of the art chip set thus ensuring compatibility and reliability
Note: The maximum resolution / distance values depend on the receiver used (this is a transmitter unit only the image depicts front and rear of the unit)
The CatX AV Rx2 receiver outputs two audio and VGA signals to any VGA display device at distances of up to 150m. The maximum resolution of this CatX cat5 receiver is 2048 x 1536. The CatX AV Rx2 provides a sharp high quality video up to 150m, using low cost cat5 cabling. Each CatX AV Rx2 has a UTP output that allows it to daisy chain to another CatX AV Rx2 receiver. Multiple receivers can connect in this way to achieve distances up to 1000m. These units can also be daisy chained with CatXQ AV Rx2, achieving much longer distances of up to 2000m in a chain.
An external power supply is required for the CatX AV Rx2, consuming less than 0.25W per output
The CatXQ AV Rx2 outputs two high quality videos to any two VGA video displays up to a continuous cable distance of 300 m.This product also incorporates XSQ technology that will eliminate the cable skew effect, especially over longer distances of UTP cable. CatXQ AV Rx2 can receive audio and video, or video only, up to 300 m. The maximum resolution of this CatX receiver is dependent on the length of UTP cable.
Each CatXQ AV Rx2 has a UTP output for daisy chaining to another receiver in the CatX AVP Range or the CatX Mini Range. Multiple receivers can connect in this way for distances up to 2000 m. The distance between each CatXQ AV Rx2 receiver is dependent on the receiver, but the total span can be up to 4000 m (2 x 2000 m) when using CatX AVP Tx2/4/8 units as the source transmitter.
An external 5VDC power supply is required for the CatXQ AV Rx2, which consumes about 2Watts
4-way transmitter for point-to-multipoint The ALPV154T is able to take the same HD input and send it to 4 different screens connected via the ALPV150R receivers. There is a feed through port on the unit to allow a local display or you can cascade another ALAV154T so you can supply 8 screens.
